Job Description

Job Description RPA lead will be responsible for leading a team of RPA developer for end-to-end RPA project delivery and building the RPA capability. The project delivery would include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, robot development and go-live and post production support. Should have experienced in technologies like UiPath / BluePrism / Automation Anywhere. Responsibilities: Must have 3+ years of RPA solution architecture and design experience. Must have 3+ years of Project Lead Experience Working experience in Agile and knowledge on SDLC Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams, Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space Support Development, UAT and rollout phases Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing Analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously Ability to handle challenges & resolve any blockers Ability to lead a team of RPA developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently Manage delivery of multiple RPA Projects, stakeholder management Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams, Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space AIOPS Remediation,
