Job Description

    Candidate should have prior experience in delivering customer focused Cloud Data Management solution: Master Data Management System.Participate in overall architecture, Capacity planning, development, and implementation of Master Data Management solutions (MDM). Using MDM technologies and tools across an enterprise to enable the management and integration of master data.Drive the end-to-end solution architecture of MDM solutions including data model definition and refinement, data quality assessment and remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship process and system interaction design.Understand the technical landscape current as well as desired future state Assess the current state architecture & understand current business processes for managing Master Data Management solutions.Assess the functional and non-functional requirements of desired future state MDM solution Prepare the to-be architecture including data ingestion, data quality rules, data model, match/merge, workflows, UI, batch integration and real-time servicesMake technology decisions related to the Client MDM environment & Interpret requirements and architect MDM solutions.Global program planning and execution for Data Management programs Master Data Management solutions. This includes setting up project plans, scopes, budgets, staffing resources, leading client workshops, creating and co-ordinating final deliverables, providing high quality and insightful advice to our clients in terms of Cloud Data Management strategy, architecture, operating model etc.Drive data management business requirements across pharma commercial data sets in a workshop setting with client business teams and onshore counterpartsBe able to guide the team to deliver the logical and physical data models for Pharma Commercial Data Lakes and WarehouseMaintain responsibility for risk management, quality and profitability on engagements and liaise with the client lead and onshore delivery partnersDrive Clear and Timely communication across program stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page on the weekly progress
