    About the role: Education counsellorThe Academy is the modern epitome of learning and development with its highlyqualified and versatile pool of professional trainers and experts from IITs/NITs etc.Academy is well known for its Unique Teaching Methodology & PlacementSupport.We are looking to hire a Educational Counsellor with good organizational andresearch skills. Candidates should be exceptional communicators and intuitively recognizeRoles and Responsibility: Engage with potential customers, identify their key pain points and create Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry Completing daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads Upselling and cross-selling relevant products to enrolled students/ customers Achieve monthly targets, and unlock fast growth opportunities within the department Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the salesteam.Desired Candidate: Strong negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.(Ed-tech industry will be added advantage) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.Location: GurgaonExperience: minimum 6 monthJob Type: Full-Time(Work from office)Working Days: 6 Days ( Saturday will be wfh)Job Time: 10am -7pm
    • Fluent in English and at least one other language
    • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
