Job Description

Qualified Customer care executive to offer excellent customer service and after-sales support
Managing incoming customer service concerns (on calls and emails); identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the defined methods/tools
Understanding the customer concern thoroughly and take action accordingly
Constant follow up within the departments to fix the customer concerns
Managing the cases originated from SLT escalation or MD room with higher priority and urgency.
Update to CC Head on the burning issue/s
Coordinate with Sales Teams respective Director for escalated cases
Constant meetings with Sales Coordinators for discussion of the teams respective cases

Real Estate knowledge is preferable but not mandatory
Microsoft Excel knowledge is must
Good Communication skill : Spoken and Written
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
