The team works on multiple networks across the globe to improve & manage the network performance & user experience.What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
      • Be working as an E2E Network Planning & Optimization Specialist
      • Be responsible for managing E2E Network performances/KPIs (Radio, Core & Transmission)
      • Be working on Multi-Vendor products & tools
      • Be contributing in E2E parameter standardization of MV Networks
      • Do feature trials to improve E2E KPIs
      • Interact with the customer/ project team regularly to discuss & update on E2E Network performance
      • Work on different time zone & calendar days, as per the project requirements
      • Lead the project or team as per requirement
      • Help the team in competence building
      Your skills and experience You have:
      • E2E Multi-Vendor Optimization experience - Primarily Huawei (E//, Zte, Huw & Nokia)
      • Deep understanding of E2E counters, KPIs & respective OSS tools (Netnumen, ENM, U2020)
      • Specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual & practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements
      • NPO Tools expertise (MUSA, Atoll/9955, SON,3D GL,etc.)
    • Multi-Vendor AND Multi technology knowledge
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • NPO portfolio knowledge
    • Team management & project management experience
