What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
• Administration/Installation&commissioning/Upgrade/Integration/Troubleshooting experience in any of the products below NSN NetAct/ NetAct Service Quality Manager/NetAct Advanced Monitor/Self organizing Network server (ison)/ Nokia Performance Manager and Linux/Solaris/Oracle/ VMWare/Cloud & (or) Multivendor OSS
• Good Experience in leading/managing team technically/delivery successfully
• Past experience in new services/products adapting to it quickly, mastering the concepts & competence transfer to team
• Previous experience in L3/L4 support of products.
• Experience in Testing new products before release/Installing them in Lab & perform pilot installation for customers around world.
• Willingness to test & execute new & complex OSS procedures migrations, special services etc
• Ability to install/Manage/Troubleshoot multiple OSS technologies, Coaching/Technical support to team members, as Tech Lead motivate team to perform well technically.
• Remote Support/deployment and software change management for the Global customers is added advantage.
• Troubleshoot system management, fault management, configuration management and performance management issues.
• Investigate and provide RCA for any major outages
• Support report writing as required by management
• Emergency ticket handling. Shift operations and 24x7 On-call support.
Your skills and experience You have:
• Engineering degree in Telecommunications or Electronics
• Minimum of 5-8 years engineering-related working experience in Mobile Networks planning and optimization
• Depth knowledge of Nokia Products (BTS / BSC/RNC/NodeB / eNodeB/ gNodeB)
• Knowledge and practice of planning and optimization processes
• Experience in working on design document/MOP documents in MS word
• Datafill support for 2G/3G/4G/5G Nokia Radio products (AirScale BSC, Airscale RNC,2G/3G/4G/5G BTSs)
• Good knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE KPI, practice in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
• Good working experience for different scenarios like Re homing, New Roll out, Swap, Modernization etc.
• Good experience of BSC / RNC integration and commissioning experience will be plus
• Macro development using VB will be plus
• DCN / Sync System Knowledge will be a plus
• Constantly seek renewal of knowledge and self-training for newer telecom and cloud technologies.
Skills and Competencies:
• Experience on Nokia products such as AirScale RNC/BSC and AirScale System Module is desirable
• Strong understanding of 4G and 5G architectures, especially on RAN
• Strong knowledge of IP routing skills are desirable
• Strong knowledge of Open stack & NDCS
• Self-starter, ready to take end-to-end ownership of all design activities and work with minimal supervision
