Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors & directing them to the appropriate person or department
    • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
    • Maintain the complaint register
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
    • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
    Desired Skills:
    • Min 1- year relevant experience.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Ms Word, Mail Drafting, etc.)
    • Good communication, written, and people skills.
    • Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
