Job Description

    This individual will play an essential role in maintaining, evolving and optimizing internal processes and systems. The ideal candidate enjoys a relentless pursuit of quality service, process efficiency, global scale, and automation with strong project management skills. The ideal candidate should also be self-driven and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations. In this role you will be responsible for:Leading and managing the design, testing, configuration, and maintenance of all global Workday talent lifecycle processes, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, talent assessment, calibration, etc.Manage and drive operations necessary to ensure global data quality, data integrity, and operational efficiency of HR systems in a fast-paced, matrixed organization to support the business.Organize, prioritize, and rationalize recommendations in the design, development, and automation of HR business processes to support company objectives and ensure that any new business solutions can be supported and integrated with third-party systems as needed.Manage processes around benefits/leave management, HR/Payroll systems and complianceProvide project management support across a variety of initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time with a high level of operational excellence.Implement process change management across the company to drive HR data integrity, quality, reliability and accountability with continual inspection and validation.Develop, maintain and audit quarterly workforce analytic reports, dashboards, metrics, and trends to enable recommendations to the Global HR Organization and Business. Collaborate with Regional HR Leadership, IT, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and user requirements, assess available technologies, recommend, and implement solutions, and drive change management and adoption.Provide additional support to Global HR team as needed.With us, youll experience unique career paths, an open and collaborative culture, a stable business that will be there for you, and opportunities to work globally and locally. Do you have the skills we need Are you ready to power your career as you power the world Required skills:Minimum of 5-7yearss of Workday experience which would includeExperience with Workday Security/Reporting/Business Process configuration a plusData analysis and report building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through ability.Ability to lead, foster collaboration, and build consensus.Highly proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Prior experience in facilitating change management or business transformation globallyStrong Project Management SkillsExcellent communication SkillsFlexible and adaptable to work in UK/US timings as and when needed,
