Job Description

    Job Title: Graphic Designer and Video editorCompany: Shubham Group of CompaniesLocation: Noida sector 105Working Days: 6 days per weekWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMWe are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Shubham Group of Companies. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative design solutions across various platforms.Responsibilities: Designing graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to: social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and corporate presentations. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives. Developing creative concepts and designs that align with the companys brand identity and target audience. Creating mockups and prototypes to present design. ideas. Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms. Working closely with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality output of print materials. Assisting with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback into design revisions. Knowledge of printing processes and specifications. Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
