Job Description

    Deploy PdM specialist (GSS MN S) MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Key tasks External to GSS MN S
    • Understand Deploy Services requirements in customer tenders (Request for Proposals i.e. RFPs) and define Services scope.
    • Prepare Deploy Services sales proposal as response to customer tenders.
    • Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical sections of tenders, and prepare costing
    • Responsible for developing sales cases during sales phase as per Market requirements
    • Ensuring efficient scoping and costing and lucrative value proposition creation and communication to stakeholders.
    • Proactively assists on engagement with customers regarding Nokia solutions that require consulting-led approach
    • Acts as a business level contact towards Customer and sales organization.
    • Responsible for scoping and cost analysis, estimation and benchmarking.
    • Performs risk analysis of the proposed solution. Acts as key bridge between sales and delivery phase to identify and manage risks and assure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide inputs for services margin during negotiations with a clear value-based pricing rationale.
    • Provides relevant service documentation in customer solution creation and negotiation
    • Provides handover deliverables as part of PTA
    • Involved in Cost approval review process
    Internal to GSS MN-S
      • GSS MN-S Portfolio understanding and imparting the knowledge to the GSS MN S members
      • Understanding of Telecom implementation, installation material and project management
    • Manages quality and value by utilizing Nokia s deep expertise, resources and intellectual capital to realize high customer value and delight.
    • Builds subject matter expertise on own solution area.
    • Shares and re-uses knowledge in own Business and cross Services
    • Provides feedback to global Line of Business on opportunities for new and improved solutions.
    • Participates in own Business internal development.
    • Supports colleagues by providing feedback and coaching.
      • Checks on Process adherence by GSS MN-S while handling case requests
