Job Description

    GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVEViraaj Ventures is a privately held Indian company headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Founded by Mr. Ankit Aditya Pradhan, the group has diversified businesses across India in real estate, infrastructure, digital marketing, and wealth management.LOCATION: Noida Sector 126We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and administrative duties. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMIN WORK1. Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities.2. Assisting the HR team in exit, joining formalities and sourcing of the candidates.3. Maintaining administration and. operation records.4. Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of inventories.5. Updating appointment calendars and scheduling appointments/ meetings.6. Coordination in the event planning and the execution.7. Maintaining decorum of the premises.8. Coordination with Walking Interview candidates, New joiners, Vendors and with the other location admin department.RESPONSIBILITIES OF TALENT ACQUISITION1. Works with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and creates a recruiting strategy for each position.2. Implements recommended recruiting plans including use of suggested job sites, relevant events, optimizings job postings, etc.3. Pre-screens resumes, conducts phone screens and makes recommendations to hiring leaders on next steps.4. Assists hiring managers with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending and negotiating offers.5. Communicates with candidates at every step of the recruiting process including articulating the Viraaj Ventures / RA vision and job role to extending and negotiating offers.6. Actively sources for passive talent.7. Manages jobs on HRIS, our applicant tracking system, through monitoring and progress reporting. Works with hiring managers to help them understand how to use the tool as part of the VV / RA recruitment process.8. Acts as a brand ambassador when representing VV / RA and job opportunities in the external market place.9. Lead employer branding initiatives.10. Be an advocate of the VV/RA culture, manage and ensure success of the employee referral program, internal mobility program and help operationalize inclusion and diversity in hiring initiatives11.
