Job Description

    The job of a Guest Services Coordinator is to ensure that all hotel guests needs, questions, or concerns are met. Often Guest Services Coordinators work to alleviate customer complaints or other problems during their hotel stays. Depending on the size and location of the hotel, those job responsibilities vary widely.Responsibilities:Assists with inventory management and other organizational tasks; Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy; Attends all in house training and commits to outside continuing education; Ability to communicate with guests; Accurately enters point of sale data and quickly checks guests out; Mentors/trains new team members to help them grow; Assists other support team members when asked; Accurately enter traveler details in database and ensure they are kept up to date; Facilitates effective workflow for technical staff; Greets and checks guests in and out; Able to perform the reservationists position when necessary; Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; Assists with stocking and maintaining the spa boutique; Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution; Maintain the reception area as indicated in the spa manual.If youre interested , Kindly forward your resume to:- hidden_email
