    Head GM Civil ProjectsQualification: DIPLOMA B TECH BEJOB DescriptionProject Planning Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements Budget Management Create and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the construction process Team Leadership Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure collaboration and adherence to project goals. Timeline Oversight Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely project completion Risk Assessment and Mitigation:-Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and within established parameters. 6.
