Job Description

    - Lead high-performing technical team - Provide senior-level technical consultations and support to System and Network Admin Team on all IT and networking issues. Required skills : Must have knowledge of : Windows, Linux and Network1. Data Center /Cloud Hosting2. Apache3. My SQL4. Open source platform5. DNS6. RAID7. Active Directory8. Load Balancer9. Firewall10. Juniper11. AI 12. Python experience preferred. Certification required : REDHAT, ITIL, CCNA KRAs - Supporting & monitoring the existing infrastructure, supervising maintenance and backup as well as performing other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness- Renewals of DC equipment- IT Help Desk Team for day-to-day activities & providing training for new implementations- Complete track of AMC of the Equipments and all call tracks- Vendor management for New Procurements and AMC Contract, SSL and Licenses Renewals- Network up time down time report of DC- Network equipments renewals and their inventory- Health check ups of servers, storage, switches, Firewalls and Routers.- Storage and all servers and other network equipments backups- Ticketing Tool for managing all the call history- Ensuring minimization of work and changes to prevent disruption to existing business services- Tracking infrastructure assets as well as ensuring the security of infrastructure and applications such as laptops, desktops.Required Candidate profile: - Candidate with Excellent communication skills- Should be from Noida or nearby areas only - Should have upgraded with latest technologies and should have done latest certifications. - Expertise in Windows, Network and Linux - Someone who has handled Load Balancer, Firewalls, Security,,
