    Greetings from Kalpakaaru Projects Pvt Ltd : KPPLKPPL for its Greater Noida Plant is on the look out for a : Head Of Design.KPPL has extensive experience with over 2 decades in the manufacture high quality products.KPPL specialises in customized -bespoke furniture,fixtures and equipment including fitted furniture,stand alone furniture , panels processed units and various metal works production involving mild steel and stainless steel.Requirements:Minimum 7-10 years of experience in design or allied similar vertical.The candidate must have excellent leadership qualities and communication skills and should have a led a team of designers .(should have been in a leadership role for a minimum of 3 years)The candidate must thrive in a challenging environment.Objective of this Role:Translate the clients brief to components through innovative and reliable mech development .Oversee the entire lifecycle of the machine design process,from planning and design to testing and. implementation.Research and keep up with the dynamic technology and trends in the mech design spectrum.Design and develop mech systems keeping mind client budget,timelines and other essential resources.Candidate must be capable to achieve micro detailing of drawings,development of error free manufacturing drawings and subsequent product portfolio.Educational Qualifications : The candidate must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering -BTech/MTech from a good university with allied software skills.Thorough knowledge of Solidworks-AutoCad and 3D CAD is mandatory.Location: Greater Noida ,Kasna, UP.
