Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose

  • Unit Head TF is responsible for managing day to day trade finance operations at large metro/ state capital location.
  • Liase with Relationship Managers, Corporate customers, central product team for various trade finance requirements.
  • Monitor high value transactions and advising team on regulatory aspects.
  • To coordinate with Audit department for various regulatory and transaction audit.
  • Monitoring TAT and productivity
  • Resolution of customer complaints and escalations
  • Promote digital initiatives of the Bank.
  • Attend client meeting, vertical meetings and business segment meetings.
  • Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas
  • Actionable (4-6)
  • Supervise day to day operations
  • Clean audit reports and nil regulatory violations.
  • Ensure error free operations.
  • Ensure immediate clearance of pending entries in Nostro accounts.
  • Monitoring of branch GL and Accounts
  • Timely processing of transactions
  • Review of BG invocation and LC devolvement cases
  • Liase with business RMs, customers and central product team
  • Ensure proper coordination with RMs and customers for various SLAs.
  • Analyse business requirement and share it with central product team
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit, Statutory and Process Audit
  • Handle audit queries and ensure timely respons.e
  • Ensure compliance of audit observations and feedback.
  • Address exceptions highlighted in Audit
  • Process review and automation
  • Time to time share observations and feedback for product and process improvement.
  • Actively participate in trade meet and VC s
  • Participate in UATs and share feedback.
  • Promote digital initiatives (such as Trade on Net, Paperless import payments etc.)
  • Actively participate in migration to online platform.
  • Ensure complete usage of online products.
  • Ensure penetration across all products.
  • Customer visits and Business meetings
  • Regular meeting with business team to know their requirement and feedback on SLAs.
  • Joint and standalone client visits to resolve their queries and take the service feedback.
  • Follow up with clients for regulatory compliance such as EDPMS and IDPMS closure etc.
  • Follow up with client for capital account reporting and compliance such as APR, FCGPR etc.
  • Training and leave management of team members.
  • Ensure adequate training for the team members.
  • Motivate team to undergo certificate courses such as Certificate Course in Foreign Exchange Management, CTF, JAIIB CAIIB etc.
  • Ensure proper leave management of the team including completion of mandatory annual leave for each eligible member.
