Job Description

    KEY TASKS: Pre-Sales Support
    • Drive the NPO Pre-Sales Solutioning efforts in the MNS in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Delivery Team. Own the Customer Solution NPO technical design (Product, Services, Architecture), working closely with HoS, CX and Head of SBMU for an optimal solution, providing also technical expert support as required.
    • Support RBC to create opportunities in Niche Services space like Automation, Design & Optimization through Consultative Engagements and Co-Create models for Value based Outcomes to Digitize customer Operations
    • Provide support to Market NPO Consultants by understanding Customer Radio Network Design requirements and guidelines mentioned in the RFx.
    • Propose Indoor and Outdoor Radio Network Solutions as per the Customer requirements.
    • Lead Complete Radio Network Design activities involving Alignment of the Design Inputs, Link Budgeting, Propagation Model Tuning, Coverage Planning, Capacity Planning, and Controller Dimensioning.
    • Lead RFx discussions and ensuring compliance as per NOKIA sales gate process.
    • Leads the team and ability to guide colleagues to provide bid deliverables related to Radio Network Design.
    • Line management, Resource allocation to support RFP responses and proactive offers
    • Track and develop competence of the team.
    • Contributes to the team capability and portfolio development along with SU stakeholders.
    • Knowledge sharing and ensuring updated document repository of the RFPs supported
    • Participates in internal and external customer presentations, discussions on solution proposition and facilitate handover to delivery teams for won opportunities.
    • Manage stakeholders and handle escalations to ensure quality and timely delivery.
    • Demonstrate People Management skills including Manpower Planning, Selective Recruitment, Induction & Training, Tasking & Delegation, Performance Monitoring & Feedback, Skill Upgrade, Career Planning, Recognition & Reward, Motivation & Mentoring of the team.
    • Proven track record with Sales, Pre-sales support, Sales Management processes.
    • Excellent Rapport & relationship with various stakeholders.
    • Proactively support, identify, and qualify MN related business opportunities across Markets in co-operation with RBC Presales, HoS and CX, in alignment with Mobile Networks strategy, roadmaps and customer technology needs.
    • Provide beyond offer support to RBC Consultants by understanding customer needs, translating them into requirements, manage requirements and thus, transform them into solution.
    • Lead RFx discussions and other attributes of the tendering process. Maintain and help colleagues in ensuring in time and quality solutions for respective Service Business Line. Create qualitative and quantitative argumentation to justify the Solution.
    • Support internal initiatives for Digitalization like X-SU, CPQ, SSD, SPARK, benchmarking, Upsell, KPI, Procurement & new technologies
    • Ensures implementation of global processes and tools, continuous support to Market teams to meet the Sales targets.
    • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Data Science etc. to improve the quality, availability of the services & to enhance the customer experience along with Opex savings.
    • Comfortable managing ambiguity, ability to work under pressure to deliver results and meet timely outcomes.
    • Processes and Tools : Implementation and usage of internal & global tools and processes in markets.
    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Competencies:
    • Radio Network Design & Planning of Outdoor 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G, Cloud, ORAN Networks using Macro Site solutions.
    • Radio Planning and Designing of IBS 2G, 3G, LTE ,5G, cloud, ORAN RF Coverage solutions: - Hotels, Stadium, Metro Rail, Tunnels, Airports, etc.
    • Good knowledge of system topology and air interface parameters with respect to different technologies like 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G, Cloud, ORAN Network Design
    • Excellent Knowledge on Indoor Coverage planning tools like iBwave etc. and on Outdoor Coverage planning tools like NetAct, Atoll, PLANET & ASSET etc.
    • Professional certifications of iBwave, Python and Cloud Networks
    • Good Knowledge on Controllers dimensioning with their interfaces.
    • Good knowledge of Nokia Radio equipment and Multivendor knowledge would be added advantage.
    • Working Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Python and SQL.
    • Experience in working with diverse and virtual teams is preferred (Local & International)
    • Experience in Project Management/field experience would be an added advantage

    • Proven experience in handling complex bids.
    • Adequate interpersonal skills and customer management skills with Customer Business Understanding
    • Has delivery experience and ability to think out of box.

    • 360-degree view of pre-sales, sales, delivery experience is required to build solutions
    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
    • B. E/ B Tech/ Masters in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical/ Telecom
    • Experience of 15+ years actively involved in Presales/Delivery of Telcom/IT projects
