Job Description

    • Sr. UI/UX DesignerExperience 6-8+ yearsPrimary Skills Designed products at scale, Figma, Design systems, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flow, Usability Testing,Secondary Skills Information architecture, AgileLocation AP81, Koregaon Park, Pune.If you are someone looking to rapidly iterate and drive the effectiveness of user focussed design and experience - here is a terrific opportunity.       • Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership and work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes
      • Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces
      • Analyse how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences
      • Must have knowledge of open source design system(e.g. Material UI, Carbon Design), brand guidelines, design principles
      • Should have a strong portfolio of design projects
      • Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
      • A solid grasp of user-cantered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
      • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, UXPin and the like is a must
      • Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
      • Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
      • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
