job Overview: A Human Resources (HR) Generalist is a professional who oversees the human resourcesresponsibilities and activities of the organization. The roles and responsibilities of the HR is to manageRecruitment Process, Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance and Training && DevelopmentResponsibilities To identifying, assisting, providing feedback to department and management on future staffingneeds To assist in recruitment process To develop training programs, to maintain the schedule, to take the feedback / Assessment formafter the training, to take the test after a week on the training done. To upgrade training programs / content with continual improvement Competency Mapping To participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. To keep the organizational record up-to-date and confidential To act as a main point of contact for employees queries regarding their PF, salary etc To administrate employees leaves and benefits To assist with payroll processing Organizing team building activities Recommend strategies to motivate employees To assist in complaints brought forward from employees To provide support to employees regarding their leaves and compensation and to solve anyissues that may arise Organize quarterly and yearly employees performance reviews To maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form To comply with government rules and regulations and statutory policies.Recruitments Understanding of general HR policies and procedures3-4 years of experience as an HR coordinator General Knowledge of employment / labor laws Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office and related HR software Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem solving Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines Strong decision - making skill
