• 2-6 years of relevant customer handling/retail experience is a must & Automotive Category experience will be preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as an Evaluator / Mechanic / Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in a reputed authorized service station.
• Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Extremely organized with strong time-management and communication skills
• Should be comfortable to work on weekends
Job Responsibilities:
• Cultivating successful relationships with customers by completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner
• Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
• Handling all operation Assisting in physical inventory counts, handling price negotiations with customer, breaking their expectations, making sure that customers paperwork and payments are completed efficiently and timely.
• Inspecting customer car and preparing inspection report
