    • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
    • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
    • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
    • Having telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating communication skills from an HR point of view.
    • Interview scheduling, HR round, follow up the candidates.
    • Understanding the background of the job and its scope.
