A Consultative Sales candidate will be responsible for speaking with NRI parents and students abroad, closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Listen to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.Answer customers questions about the Services. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.Regular follow-up with new and existing customers.Enter and update customer information in the database.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informationOffice working timing Time - 11 AM to 8 PM and 12 PM to 9 PM (roaster may change) Working Days- 6 Days working, Monday to Saturday
