We are hiring for Industrial Engineer/Quality Line /Production Supervisor- Garments 1) Industrial EngineerRoles and ResponsibilitiesShould be well versed with GSD/SAM/SMV/running production line efficiently as per confirmed SAM/SMV and meeting targets/minimal rejections.Responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the factory while keeping the production costs under control.Timely and successful completion of the order cycle.Monitoring in cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, and finishing packing.Follow up with all the Pattern masters regarding sampling & Production.Proper distribution of various samples to their related master and their team.Ensure compliance with specified quality norms and achieve required quality standards.To ensure smooth coordination among the various in-house activity departments like stores, cutting, stitching, checking, and packing.Ensure wastage in raw materials is minimized.Ensure the number of instances with rejects & rework is minimized.Supervise staff on the Factory floor.Create a healthy work environment and be sensitive towards peoples issuesLooking after the Factory Safety2) Quality Line Officer - Quality Control Experience - 1 to 5 years in Garments Quality Control Job Responsibilities
• Garment Quality control as per the set parameters.
• Maintaining inter-departmental sync to facilitate Best services.
• Preparation of Shade cards, Accessory cards, Samples, Brochures etc.
• Primary aim was to check the finished garments as per the required parameters of the customers.
• Manage daily operations viz.Production, Quality control.
• Maintaining the charts of Quality control records for monthly analysis.
• Appointment of vendors for development of samples/products for mass production.
• Monthwise production and delivery schedules planning as per Buyer demands.
• Interacting with the Sampling, Production, Finishing, Packing departments for achievement of common goals .viz.design, qualities, and quantities as per Buyer requirement
3) Production Supervisor - Experience - 1 to 5 years in Garments ProductionJob Responsibilities Objective of this position to operate the plant with high efficiency keeping in co- ordination with the Production Foreman, Production Fieldsmen, Technicians and Laboratory Operators.Improvement of the existing Operation practices for a better Productivity MAIN TARGETSImplementation of QMS.Co- Ordinate with Production Foreman and Production Fieldsmen for the smooth operation of the plant.Keep good co- ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality.To follow the non- conformatity procedure in case the product is not conforming to the standards.Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned.To act effectively during emergency stuations like fire/ accidents. ,
