Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Lead large Infra projects, including the design and deployment of new IT Infra systems and services
    • Define next gen IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
    • Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
    • Lead implementation and augmentation of BCP & DR as per the organizational needs
    • Experience with framing policies, processes and procedures for IT Infrastructure
    • Maintain and manage all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux etc
    • IT networks, storage, data centre, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, Aws), end points etc
    • Monitor performance of information technology systems to drive cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving & standardization of the IT infrastructure
    • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and office automation software
    • Hands on experience with troubleshooting hardware and office automation software issues related to internal IT and also aligning as well as implementing the ISO 27001 & ISMS guidelines
    • Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively
    • Management reporting and dashboards for predictability & performance
    • Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
    • Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
    • Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
    • Prepare budgets for both operations as well as for new initiatives
    • Ensure completeness of documentation
