    Hiring for Instructional Designer Profile for Noida location.Please find the job responsibilities as below:-Job Profile : Instructional Designer Experience : 3 yrs to 8 yrs Salary Budget : Up To 10 LPA Location : NoidaWorking Days : Monday To FridayRoles and responsibilities
    • Concrete knowledge of Instructional Design theories and practices
    • Knowledge of Rapid e-Learning development tools such as, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Story line.
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • 3 - 8 years of pure instructional design experience in e-Learning/training industry
    • Multi-tasking skills, organizational ability and attention to detail
    • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Developing ID Strategies.
    • Creating storyboards and Content outline.
    • Content structuring &re-modeling and scripting.
    • Must have good experience of working with SMEs
    • Extensive knowledge of instructional design models, theories, taxonomies
    • Should be well versed in learning/training development life cycle
    • Should have good creative and visualization skills
    • Must have excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identifies opportunities to incorporate new technology into client learning tool set.
