Recently ongoing projects are The flagship and CRC Joyous.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Auditor at CRC Groups Noida location. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, analyzing financial data, preparing audit reports, and maintaining communication with stakeholders in the organization.Develop assess compliance with defined processes and policies, gauge level of financial risks within organizationDevelop and present reports that reflect the audit s results and. document process.Review the audit report with management and other stakeholders and suggest as-is and to-be process modifications.Develop risk mitigation plans/strategies/mechanism to safeguard against potential fraud, waste, or abuse.Develop SOPs and suggest changes for improved controls and processes.Provide support to the external auditors. Audit accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) process.Ledger scrutiny, trial balance analysis and balance sheet accounts reconciliations.Responsible for client as well as vendor ledger scrutinyPrepare Internal Audit Program Audit Calendar for Head Office and Projects.Create audit committee develop audit strategies.Liaison and coordinate with auditee for timely closure of audit.Formation of audit reports and discuss with departmental/functional heads Regional Audit Heads.Qualifications Experience in conducting financial audits and preparing audit reports Strong analytical skills, with an ability to analyze financial data and identify areas of weakness or risk Experience in finance, with knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Candidate should be Chartered accountant Experience in the real estate industry is a plusJob Location: Head office Sector 127 NoidaExperience: Post qualification of CA experience should be 4 to 7 yearsSalary: Upto 20 LPA,
