Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning

  • Prioritise allocated work to complete in a given day
  • Communicate to supervisor in case of any challenges in completing the tasks

Delivery

  • Processing allocated work as per work instructions / team alignment / task priority/ client requirements
  • reviewing case status on respective renewals systems (e.g. PRS, TM1)
  • interpret the client request and take action as per work instructions
  • consider exception handling
  • forward the output generated for quality checking
  • acknowledge completion of work to supervisor / clients

Process Improvements

  • Identification of process improvement opportunities and implementing required actionable by -
  • Identifying process gaps / wastes
  • Suggesting alternate solutions
  • Evaluating feasibility of implementation
  • Testing and implementing the solutions
  • Gauging the benefits (e.g. time saving, cost saving, accuracy improvement, customer satisfaction etc.

Ensure compliance with CPA Global s Code of Business Ethics and Corporate Conduct.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must be a regular graduate with 50% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation
  • The candidate should have atleast 1 or 2 years of experience in backend Operations
  • Freshers from 2019-20 batch

Competencies :

  • IP Knowledge with be an added advantage
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Should Possess good knowledge of MS office: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
