Job Description

    The CNS Cloud & Cognitive business unit supports and operates communication service providers (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. This team is the bridge between business development, presales, solutioning and delivery teams and helps in deal management/assurance of most crucial deals for CNS Cloud and Cognitive (CCS) business unit.An exciting opportunity to work in the ever-changing Telecommunication Industry. What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
    1. Responsible for Operations of the account and SPOC towards region customer team
    2. Ensure all Contractual SLA and KPIs into OLAs, ensuring to meet the targets
    3. Single point of contact for all escalations towards region of Incidence, Problem and Change Management
    4. Responsible to lead the management escalations internally and towards region as per the contract
    5. Identify service issues and driving improvements through service delivery teams
    6. Own and manage the Escalation Management according to the contractual terms.
    7. Accountable for the management of customer contractual maintenance commitments and associated reporting of service delivery performance in-terms of quality and cost.
    We are looking for a IP Manager to manage IP&TX MS delivery. Senior IP Manager is a highly skilled internetworking professional with comprehensive IP knowledge who performs end-to-end services for clients using a consultative approach . The IP Manager typically leads teams of IP experts engineers in the delivery of the most complex customer projects. The IP Manager finds innovative solutions to the most challenging customer requirements and problems. The IP Manager is having understanding on IP protocols and standards and how to apply them in a wide variety of customer environments. Your skills and experience You have:
    • Customer focussed highly experienced with customer exposure
    • Deep experience delivering in a multicultural environment, across different countries or organizations
    • Analyze operational & commercial risks and define mitigation strategies with key stakeholders
    • Business Acumen
    • ITIL knowledge with a focus on Incident, Change, Problem and Performance Ensure to evaluate adding any new services into network and complied all requirements are delivered
    • Lead the delivery teams in terms of motivation & enhancements for network performance, change management, new business opportunity identification and end-to-end lessons learned
    • Ensure that new feature releases are well communicated and training are established within the delivery engines.
    • Foster relationships, build customer trust, manage difficult situations, and negotiate conflicts with a technical focus .
