IT person having 4-5 yrs of experience. Candidate must have implemented firewall, VPN, active directory and must have handled server and networking, Managed DLP software. Job Description is as follows:Scope of Work:Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers. Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems. Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation. Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions and major changes to support regional infrastructure. Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. Creating user/admin accounts and performing access control. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data. Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures. Designing and implementing efficient error reporting systems. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration. Manage, maintain and update onsite copiers, printers, Laptops, Desktops and fax machines. Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance. Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions. Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed. Handling queries pertaining to Ares Commander and other software and getting it resolved by coordinating with support team on remote. Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for laptop/desktop environment. Maintain and update documentation of procedures, Policies, configurations and annual renewals of all software. Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies. Develop and maintain vendor relations. Weekly review report (Incl. Safetica report) on every Friday to be shared with the Management. Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades.
