Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, with the ability to apply them to solve complex problems. Proficient in Java/J2EE programming, including the latest Java technologies. Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Rest, Spring Cloud Config, Webflux, and competence in one or more ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, JDBC, or JPA. Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, as well as familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra. Exposure to messaging systems like JMS, including Kafka and RabbitMQ. Proficiency in version control tools like GIT. Experience with build and deployment tools such as Gradle or Maven. Ensuring adherence to development standards and optimising code for performance. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent team collaboration and coordination skills.Roles And Responsibilities Engage in software development using Java and related technologies. Address technical challenges using cutting-edge technologies and best practices. Ensure adherence to development standards and optimize code for performance. Propose multiple solutions to problems and demonstrate the superiority of one option over another. Develop solutions with a focus on quality, extensibility, reusability, performance, reliability, and security. Demonstrate excellent debugging and analysis skills, providing fixes for reported issues by business teams or users in production. Conduct requirement and impact analysis for new business requirements or modifications to existing applications.
