Job Description

    As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, contributing your advanced design skills and creative expertise to produce visually stunning and impactful designs. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectivesResponsibilities:Collaborate closely with the senior designer, digital marketing and content team to understand requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate the desired message.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, integrating them into your work to keep our visual identity fresh and current.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and strategies to enhance our visual communication.Requirements:Proven experience of 1 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey design concepts.Detail-oriented approach to design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Familiarity with digital design trends, user experience principles, and responsive design.Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.A passion for creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
