Job Description

Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow OEM partnerships on a national level.- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within OEMs to understand their needs, priorities, and challenges.- Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary support.- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment with OEM partnership objectives.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with OEM partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.- Conduct regular business reviews with OEM partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive growth initiatives.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of partnership initiatives.- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to OEM partnerships.
