Job Description

    Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to support the companys growth goals.Manage all lead-generation campaigns and initiatives, including email, social media, and content marketing.Create and manage a lead scoring system to prioritize leads for sales follow-up Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are being effectively followed up nurtured Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns to continually optimize and improve results Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys target market and buyer personas.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials and messaging that resonates with target audiencesManage a team of lead generation specialists, providing guidance and coaching as needed Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and stakeholdersRequirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and content marketing Experience with marketing automation tools and lead management systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives Proven track record of generating high-quality leads that convert into customers
