Job Description

Qualifications: B. Tech/B.E. Computers/IT, Graduation/PG in Computers/IT
Certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, ITILv3
Exp- 6-10 Years

Hands-on experience on servers OS RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/RHEV
Problem troubleshooting & Solving skills
Monitor CPU Usage, Utilization, Reachability, Generate Reports.
Handle L2 Escalated cases.
Understanding of virtualization technology Like: VMWare, RHEV And Nutanix.
Experience in Monitoring tools: Nagios, Icinga etc.
Understanding on Backup tools- Commvault
Hands-on experience on storage Systems i.e. SAN/NAS, Net Backup-dell EMC
Knowledge of CIS Security benchmarks.
Hands-on experience on UNIX, Shell, Bash Scripting.
Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now.

Troubleshooting and Triaging of escalated issues.
Support peer groups for issues/integrations.
Perform L2 level assigned tasks/Projects.
Follow escalation matrix and coordinate with peer teams.
Coordinate with OEMs for support.
Update and work on assigned tickets.
Prepare Architecture diagrams, Manage repository.
