Job Description

    Job Summary:The role involves managing of various maintenance projects. The candidate will work closely with themaintenance head and shall get an exposure of the HVAC maintenance work at various sites.Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate with out-station teams and create a weekly review of maintenance activities2. Manage key customers and projects a. Visit the sites monthly to check the activities and scrutinize the reports b. Organize and prioritize critical issues and required materials to smoothen the maintenance processes3. Work on retention of key accounts4. Work on AMC sales, renewals & invoicing5. Keen interest to work on air-conditioning business6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite7. Excellent follow-up skills8. Effective written and verbal communication skills - English & Hindi
