Job Description

Management Trainee, Wealth Insurance Ops In this role, you will be responsible for all the FLM activities related to Super Annuation Wealth process Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing team, manage people aspirations
  • Assist and help drive key dimensions of engagement such as CR changes, billing, BCP, invoicing, SLA, governance data, WAM
  • Advocate innovation and upskilling so that he/ she could promote a culture of learning through leveraging tools like Genome
  • Promote a culture of openness and transparency
  • Supervise and ensure processing, execution of tasks in the Super Annuation area in Wealth Insurance which are critical and complex
  • Audit data transactions and drive SME & client calls.
  • Responsible for adhering to defined performance level parameters (productivity, quality, etc.)
  • Identify problems through audits or Suncorp feedback.
  • Assist the Site Leader in a multi-shift environment as a single point of contact.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications
  • Graduation (B. Com preferable)
  • Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications
  • Prior experience in the Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry
  • Knowledge and insights on Account Servicing, Reconciliation, Contributions, Claims, Pensions and so forth processes within Superannuation process
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
  • Good conceptual knowledge and strong exposure to Payments & Deposit activities preferred
  • Go-getter, collaborative, and team player to get tasks done
