Noida employees need to applyNote- Candidate from Defense background will be an advantage, no woman employee is required.Managing the complete Life Cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirementsManaging the operations of payroll functions for the purpose of delivering services in conformance with established guidelines.Handling salary negotiations and compensations administration in line with the industry standards and company policy.Responsible for administrative functions like- Security, Front Office, Housekeeping management & Company Transport.Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of existing level of competencies.conceptualizing training & developing initiatives for improved productivity building capability and quality enhancement.coordinating with :Government officials like-PF Inspector , ESIC Inspector, Labour Inspector, Factory Office, Pollution Office, Fire NOC Etc.Administering discipline and ensure proper adherence to procure in cases, Disciplinary Action - Warning Letter, Charge Sheet, Domestic Inquiry etc.Spearheading the activities of Maintenance of assets of upkeep the company premises in good condition/Timely renewal of service contract & also Insurance of assets.Maintaining healthy and cordial Industrial Relations in the organisations.Responsible for handling court matters, attending Labour office, Coordinating domestic disciplinary Inquires.Representing company on Statutory Matters.Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for Implementing HR Policies and Procedures in line with core Organisations ObjectivesImplementing Organisational Development Plans for enhancing operational effectiveness across all the departments.Statutory compliance, Payroll & compensation.Recruitment and selection, Training & development.Employee engagement/ employee relation.Performance management system and Administration.Handling of security and house keeping service.
