Job Description

    • Finalisation of Standalone as well as consolidated financial statements as per INDAS on quarterly basis
    • Preparation of annual operating plans/budgets
    • Monthly MIS for review with management
    • Ensure legal and statutory compliances
    • Closure of trial balance on monthly basis
    • INDAS compliances and technical assessment
    • Knowledge of SAP
    • Support in merger and acquisition related activities
    • Good, Fluent & Convincing Communication Skills. Written & Spoken English should be good
