Serve as a liaison for local regulators, legal bodies as well as maintaining relationshipswith them. Ensure local regulatory permissions for Paytm remain current and appropriate forbusiness needs.About the role: To be a part of the legal team in order to ensure effective management of legal andcontractual matters, in addition to identification and mitigation of legal risks for the organization.Expectations/ RequirementsDrafting, reviewing, red-lining, negotiating, and finalizing documents (Contracts, Letters,Proposals, RFPs etc.) from a legal perspective, ensuring minimal/no risk to the organizationResolve any contractual issues developed while working with clients, partners, service providers,vendors, etc.Liaising with various internal stakeholders (Business, Finance, Taxation teams) to ensure timelyclosure of agreements and advising them on contractual mandates and compliancesAbility to understand and analyze business requirements/needs, spot issues andpropose/implement solutionsAdherence with internal frameworks, mandates and processesEnd to end legal management of assigned business transactions.Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this roleStrong Legal acumenGood interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues withdiverse levels of management and employeesAttention to detail and ability to work independently and efficientlyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic growth-mode environmentProficient with MS Word/MS Office10 years of experience in end to end contract management, with a law firm or as anin-house counselLL.B. / LL.M,
