    Job description-->Greetings from Vvinayak Associates.Manager Talent Acquisition, @ Mumbai For an IT Company.Our client is an IT company provides SAAS based technology platform for Pharma and FMCG for Seamless supply chain management .We are looking for a candidate with excellent in communication.We are looking for a candidate who has an experience into supply chain , Logistic and Warehouse recruitment for Blue Collar, White CollarThis is an Individual Contributor role and work from Office.CandidatesMust have to relocate to MumbaiRoles and ResponsibilitiesMass RecruitmentBulk HiringSupply chain . logistic and Warehouses related hiring.Candidates with Current / previous experience into from the companies like ZOMATO , SWIGGY , AMAZONE , FLIPKART ,ELASTIC RUN, BLUEDART ,UDAN , MYNTRA ,DELIVERY--will have an added advantage.JD :Leading Non-Tech requirement & Scaled up Manpower across the company expansionDirectly managing Mid.& Sr. roles/HOD
    • Developed a hiring strategy based on AOP forecasting and plan
    • Engage with Founder and business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support all recruiting
    • Identifying organizations needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
    • Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business.
    • Partnering with the broader talent acquisition team for shared use of tools and resources
    • Managing and delivering reports and data when required
