If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Messaging Advisor to join our team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Principal Accountabilities: - Strong SME knowledge of Exchange 2010 to 2016 Exchange, Office365 Unified Communications, Windows OS, Active Directory, LDAP and AD Azure - Knowledge of Server and Networking principles pertaining to enterprise environment - Performs maintenance on existing operating systems. - Evaluates, engineers, tests, recommends, and implements secure infrastructures. - Acts as a resource for system escalation issues. - Documents platform standards and processes for ongoing operations. - Gathers business requirements for system design and validates recommended solution for Change Management. - Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software. - Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures. - Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations and solutions. - Responsible for following company specific systems engineering standards. - Acquisitions: Add acquisitions messaging environment under NTT Data Services, planning, development and sustaining included in this process. - Executive support escalations: 20-30% time consuming work per week most client/outlook, remote access, troubleshoot, feedbacks. - RCA for high severity issue, CRQ Deployments during weekends and holidays. - On Call Support: shift for all required work and done during weekends. - Provide Technical Documentation and training to L1 and Service desk. - Operation resource for internal and external projects: represent Messaging and Collaboration team, following project assignments and schedules. Technical/Professional Requirements: - Prior experience with Windows OS (2012, 2016, 2019), User administration, patch, IIS log files, Performance Monitors and System Services management. - Knowledge of integrating to back-end systems including Documentum is a plus - 7 x 24 hour on-call support - Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the computer systems. - Analyzes and provides innovative solutions to system engineering and design projects. - Represents the organization in front of critical audiences such as clients/customers/vendors/executives - Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations - Candidates must have exceptional customer service, problem solving, and communication skills - Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level as well as convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals - Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and with a global team of engineers - Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Fast learner, flexible and able to work on multiple tasks -About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
