Job Description

    FranConnect is searching for an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to join our talented team. Your core responsibility will be to design, build and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions for our customer base.To succeed in this role, you will be able to effectively interpret business requirements and map them to the most appropriate technical implementations. You will have experience with best practices for designing and maintaining solutions using the MicroStrategy Toolset. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in data analysis and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.This role will be the MicroStrategy expert within FranConnect and, as such, the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with less technical personnel so that all employees have a good high-level understanding of the implementations.Job Location : Noida, IndiaPrincipal Duties and Essential Responsibilities : - Design and implement reports and Dashboards to augment the FranConnect applications.- Research and conduct impact analysis of changing schema and data model requirements.- Provide design recommendations leveraging MicroStrategy expertise.- Deliver against project schedules and activities- Provide feedback on system performance; tune queries/reports for better performance.- Recommend solutions to improve/replace existing systems.- Educate staff members through training and individual support.- Offer support by responding to issues in a timely manner. Requirements : - Strong SQL skills- Experience working in an Agile environment- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.- Outstanding problem solver.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work autonomously and exercise solid judgment in an ever-evolving environment- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen effectively and the ability to present oneself in a professional manner.Preferred Skills :- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams- Project Management experience,
