Job Description

1)Technical:

  • Primary: Should have hands on experience in UNIX/Linux OS environment and knowledge of protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, FTP and SFTP and TCP/IP.
  • Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:
    • Understanding of file transfer mechanism. Knowledge of any Managed File Transfer tool will be a plus.
    • Good knowledge on usage of Certificates and troubleshooting on their issues.
    • Able to monitor and analyze logs primarily on Linux Environment.
    • Basic know how of database mainly- Oracle.
    • Basic know how of firewall/Load balancer/DNS working.
    • Knowledge about Cloud (AWS/GCP) will be a plus.
    • Good Analytical and communication skills.
    • Well versed on designing, developing, modifying and debugging.
2) Operational 24*7*365 shift (with night shift and India Festivals / Public holidays). On call support from Home3)Soft Skills / ExperienceGood communications skills - both written and verbal. Client engagement experience
  • Desirable:
    • Strong ability to map customer requirements to a solution approach
    • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
    • knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes experience
    • Strong analytical skills and incisive thinking ability
    • Experience on Upgrade and Migration Projects.
    • Excellent in Client Interfacing and customer co-ordination Skills
    • Knowledge of product architecture
    • Autonomous with one programming language/scripting
