Job Description

The role requires ability to engage with Client directly and to work in a team with a greater level of independence and ownership. Should be able to work on L2/L3 support having good analytical and diagnostic and RCA ability The other details e.g. Technical, Process etc. are given below. Technical Skills

  • Unix Good knowledge on Unix OS and its commands along with some scripting skills
  • Linux knowledge of Linux commands.
  • SQL- Good knowledge of SQL and Database concepts.
  • Putty, Toad.
  • Basic networking concepts. Protocols FTP, sFTP, TCP/IP etc is desirable
  • Candidates having working Knowledge on the Axway products such as B2Bi, XIB, Gateway Interchange will get preference.
  • Prior experience in working on EDI, Supply chain or Banking/Finance or Healthcare domain is desirable.
Soft Skills/Others Strong communication and client interfacing skills. Should be able to coordinate with Multiple Onshore and Offshore teams during day to day activities and maintenances. Willing to work in shifts and on weekends Quick learner with an ability to acquire new skills in short time scales Flexible to work with and good team player. Process Application/Production Support Monitoring service interruption alerts and troubleshooting them as per SLA. Addressing live issues and resolving them within pre-defined SLAs with improved productivity and quality. Familiarization of ITIL concepts. ,
