Inviting applications for the role of MT, GAAP Reporting Apply now Responsibilities: Prepare, review and analyze various Quarterly 10Q and annually 10K financial documents such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Equity etc. according to US GAAP and SEC guidelines. Also updating the Smartview files and pulling the Parenthetical report for preparation of 10k/10Q financial work papers. Preparation of various notes to accounts and MD&A tables for 10Q/K reports including Earnings per common share, Allocation of allowance for loans & lease losses etc. Perform reconciliation, quality check analysis for any kind of discrepancy related to various financial documents including Cash Flow in Blackline tool Preparation of Separate Account report separately which is part of Balance Sheet Prepare SEC filings and Investor Presentations for accuracy and maintain detailed supporting documentation for all financial data. Quarter/Year-end Closing & Reporting Roll forward of previous period numbers in W-desk Communicating with customer on day-to-day basis and internal partner on regular basis Work with Onshore Financial Reporting team to address any changes in financial statement due to any late booking / Tax Entries Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification B.Com Graduate Preferred Qualification M.Com/MBA with significant experience in SEC Reporting will be an advantage Good understanding of Blackline, PeopleSoft and excellent command over MS Excel, MS Word from day to day operations delivery standpoint Excellent Accounting conceptual knowledge to balance day to day operations and special events Knowledge of reporting tools like W-desk, IBM Cognos etc. will be an added advantage Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
