With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
    • Impact assessment / initial analysis prior to ticket creation
    • Support any escalations during new feature launch - VoNR, NR-CA, DSS etc.
    • SW upgrade troubleshooting support
    • Drive R&D investigation for business critical round the clock.
    • Driving issues which due to complexity are more like a project, for example AEHC sleepy issues, which requires daily report, log collection, customer meetings etc.
    • To involve in each of the NPI projects to essentially become leads for the specific NPI feature/project during care phase.
    • Gain competence through NPI and responsible to share it with their peers & will be introduced to the NPI teams as care leads for these features.
    • Proactively look for issues Before, During and After S/W and Features are rolled out.
    • Quickly communicate when issues are found (established communication path).
    • Provide Daily status reporting of monitored sites
    Your skills and experience
    • L3+ skill level with SRAN (LTE) and 5G RAN
    • Good hands-on with SRAN and 5G Base Band units and various Radio Modules with complex RF sharing configurations
    • Hands-on with trace collection and analysing of the below logs to find the RCA and fix the issues
    • Emil / Syslogs/ TTI / BTS log / BTS Snapshot/ Journal / BIP/ Wireshark / NG-c / NGu / BIP / RU logs / IQ L1 dumpers
    • Very good step by step problem solving approach
    • Very good communication and customer handing skills
    • 6 to 8 Years for Nokia Radio product expertise, 2-3 years of Nokia SRAN and 1-2 years of Nokia 5G expertise
