Main customers are Samsung India (SIEL),several Contract Manufacturers for Samsung, Samsung Display Noida, and accessory manufacturers forSamsung. Maintain solid customer relationship, build market awareness on our products and services withthe objective of achieving total customer satisfaction, meeting company sales and marketing objectives, profitand other economic goals. Formulate sales strategy to expand market penetration within customer strategy,policies and guidelines as well as Sales VPs supervision.Reports to Sales VP Korea Last UpdatedKey Responsibilities Analyse market situation and competition. Work out sales forecast and business strategy Develop plans to accomplish assigned target. Make monthly sales forecast and manage sales progress Build and maintain deep relationships with customers. Develop strong network of relationships with keyinfluencers and decision makers at customers Establish an effective sales call cycle for customers, partners and other contacts Maintain database of customers, ensuring sales plans are effectively implemented Sustain a strong funnel of new business opportunities from current and new accounts to maintain andincrease penetration in the die cut business Manage sales opportunities from customers. Utilize Salesforce tool to maintain opportunities andcustomer contact histories Coordinate new opportunities and programs introduction with operations and customers Keep informed and current with industry trends, competitive activity and pricing. Keep gathering VOC (Voice of Customers) and try to improve customer satisfaction by working withrelevant parties.
