Job Description

    Job SummaryUse a deep knowledge of physical (property), digital (collaboration) and human (productivity) workplace solutions and technologies to enable you to help our clients innovate their business models with new solutions that enhance their workplace.As a Future Workplace Expert (SME) you will support customers in the definition of workplace strategies, organizational setup and their transformation journey.You will identify client added value opportunities from strategy creation to conducting transactions with the leading IT service providers and regularly exchange information on current trends with them.You will play a leading role in strengthening the Future Workplace community and solution within ISG.You will understand the impact of future workplace on operating / business model change and advise clients on how to adapt these to maximize benefits.Overall, the tasks range from creating market leading IP, moderating strategic workshops, running assessments as well as designing and architecting solutions.Required Skillsets5 years+ of professional experience in a comparable position in the consulting or service industry.5 years+ delivery management experience, including managing projects/products and teams, successful client relationship management, and multi project/product oversight.Experience of making changes in organizational workplace deliver models and the impacts on property usage, the technology required and the mitigating impacts on people.Broad IT solution and architecture competence in modern workplace topics as well as Microsoft.Interest in new topics such as customer experience, Automation and cognitive services / bot Framework and Cloud.Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders.Business development and practice development experience.Ability to create novel opportunities from base material bringing client problems into play which can easily be discussed and articulated over remote conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams.Ability to deliver programs using remote teams.Willingness to travel when allowed.
