Job Description

    1. Managing Fixed Departure and Domestic Tour Operations: This involves overseeing all aspects of fixed departure tours and domestic travel operations, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.2. Coordinating with Sales Team, Properties, and Vendors: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the sales team, accommodation providers, transport vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.3. Destination and Service Research: Conducting comprehensive research on destinations, available accommodations, transportation options, and other services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.4. Booking Accommodations and Transportation: Handling the booking process for hotels, bus tickets, flights, and car rentals based on client requirements and preferences.5. Assisting with Issue Resolution: Providing support in resolving any travel-related issues or accommodation concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip.6. Sourcing Travel Deals: Conducting thorough research to identify travel deals, discounts, and promotions, while also evaluating the quality and pricing of services to ensure the best value for clients.7. Itinerary Verification and Payment Coordination: Verifying travel itineraries, coordinating payments with clients, vendors, and suppliers, and documenting any issues or changes to ensure accuracy and accountability.8.
