Job Description

    We are looking for passionate folks to join our team as Student Coaches.Leverage Edu Coaches are “student-first” mentors responsible formaintaining relationships with the students throughout their admissionprocess. They are expected to assist students throughout their studyabroad journey, from shortlisting the right-fit courses and universities toensuring their successful admission and enrolment.The student coach serves as the primary contact for the student and isresponsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness. She/heis expected to consistently provide excellent service to students andrepresent student needs and goals within the organization.Take complete ownership for a group of students -including course and country evaluation,onboarding,detailed counselling, regular follow-ups and managethe overall responsibility of the students assigned Develop a deep understanding of the universityadmissions process, application and intake cycle. Create a trusted relationship with students virtuallyas their Coach for any guidance related to Universityadmissions and catering to their preliminaryeligibility(GRE,GMAT) and languageskills(IELTS,TOEFL etc.) as well Review the progress of every student application onan ongoing basis to understand the current level ofperformance and the perform the bottleneck checkwith different teams. Build cross-discipline relationships in theorganisation, partnering closely with the Growthteam, Student Counsellors, Key AccountManagers,Loan counsellors, Test prep andother support functions while providingfeedback and insights.
